Welcome to Craftsfind ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Craftsfind mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Craftsfind is an online marketplace that connects Clients with Tradesmen. Craftsfind does not perform, supervise, or control any work carried out by Tradesmen. We are not a party to the agreement between a Client and a Tradesman.
Tradesmen are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Craftsfind. Tradesmen are solely responsible for the quality and safety of their work, their own tax obligations, and compliance with all applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Craftsfind. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
When a Client hires a Tradesman, the agreed payment is held in escrow. Funds are released to the Tradesman's Wallet when the Client confirms completion, or 48 hours after the Tradesman marks the Job as complete without dispute.
Craftsfind charges a commission on each completed transaction. The current fee is displayed to both parties before the Job is confirmed.
Tradesmen may withdraw funds from their Wallet to their linked bank account or Revolut. Withdrawals require Two-Factor Authentication and may take up to 24 hours to process.
If a Client is not satisfied, they must raise a dispute within 48 hours. Craftsfind acts as a neutral mediator. Either party may also pursue legal remedies independently.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, provide false information, harass other users, or circumvent the Platform to avoid paying fees.
Tradesmen are strongly encouraged to hold valid public liability insurance. Craftsfind is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from work performed by a Tradesman.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
